Change is always difficult.

Sunday we heard a sermon about burying our talents in the ground. HarleyDad and Brokerbelle felt that we had done a fairly good job in burying our talents. We buried them not so much as to keep the talents safe-but to keep ourselves safe. To go along spiritually and to get along. That was our mission and we carried it out.

It looks like the Master of the Talents was not unaware of our actions and although permitting us to do this for a period of time, was no longer tolerant of our actions. So apparently we are no longer permitted to hide in our comfortable Methodist Church.

A change is in the air. We somewhat feel like Jonah felt when he was spewn forth out of the great belly of the fish. We have a whiff of fresh air-but don't especially smell good! But then again that is our own fault. I guess Noah owed a debt of gratitude to the big fish for providing a place to stay and for transportation.

Now it is time to move on.

P.S. Below are some picture of Red Pond illustrating that the Lord of the Talents is still at work on a daily basis!
