Old Friends and New Friends
Last Friday night three couples met and went to Josie's for dinner.
Kathy, Janene and Debbie are all old friends going back 25 years. And so we were with old friends. Kathy has recently married Dick and Debbie married Bill. And so there are new friends.
Together we all went to Josie's Restorante in Scammon, Kansas. There we talked of things long ago and things of yesterday.
Old friends and new friends, the combination was a good one. We all keep moving. We keep growing.
God is good.

Sing You Sinners
Last night Brokerbelle and I attended a dinner theatre at the Episcopal Church in Carthage, Missouri. The night was a gift from Kevin and Jacqueline Johnson. Jacqui is Janene's niece. Also attending was Kevin's mother and sister and Jacqueline's mother.
