Yesterday coming home from breakfast, Brokerbelle had the following tidbit to say about out current political situation:
"I would rather have a political leader that was sleeping with his secretary and being moral with the nation than one who was pure with his staff and who was screwing the nation."
I laughed so hard I almost went off the road.
Some tidbits are more delicious than breakfast.

Brokerbelle ALSO said one must keep in mind the pot from which the politicians are pulled cannot produce something it is not: a beef stew will not produce a piece of chicken. Ergo, a morally corrupt nation will not produce a morally upright politician. We need to clean out the stew pot and start over.
