Dearest Tay:
So now you have graduated from High School. Brokerbelle and I are so proud of you.
It seems like just yesterday you were born. It was the coldest day of the year and you had just come home from the hospital with your mother to live with us. And when we held you, you were so beautiful with your little long hands and long feet and beautiful dark hair.
Little did we know that someday you would grow up to be a beautiful young woman and you would be tall and wonderful and bright.
You were always a great delight to all your family. You smiled broadly. You learned quickly. In grade school you skipped a grade because you were so bright and went to the top of the next class the following year.
You graduated Summa Cum Laude and a year early. Now you are heading off to college.
You have a special place in our heart Tay and you will always have it no matter what happens.
We are proud of you not just you are bright and beautiful on the outside, but also because you are beautiful on the inside.
As you grow up and continue to see more successes, always remember the poor and those who have less than you in so many areas. Always be kind and generous. Never forget that God has given you many abilities and assets. Use them to serve others and your life will then be endowed with true riches.
We love you, Tay.
