Back from Brazil

I just got back from Brazil on Friday. Spent most of the week in Sao Paulo. Good people. Good food. Lots of work.

Hopefully sometime this week I will put up a few pictures.

Sao Paulo has somewhere between 23 to 25 million people and is one of the world's largest cities.

Brazil is about the size of the U.S. in land area.

On Friday I took a short Harley ride before leaving for the lake. It was interesting because I had become adjusted to the weight and handling of the Road King Custom after renting one for four days to ride around Switzerland. The Road King Custom is about 70 pounds heavier than the Softtail and is not as smooth on the turns .

On Sunday I went out for a longer ride going to Diamond, Carthage, Alba, Purcell and back home. The weather was great and my body readjusted to the Softtail.

Over the weekend a plane from Brazil's capital, Brasilia was lost in jungle and rescuers have not been able to even find it. That is not surprising.

We go through our lives everyday with little blessings like returning from airplane flights and hardly notice it and forget to thank God for the little things--like all the airplane parts kept working while we were in the air.

Have a good week.
