I love living in Ozarklandia. Really, I do! Above is an Ozarklandian Bar-B-Que. We have some of the best in the nation. The secret is revealed in the picture above (not mine). This particular feast evidently had a corporate sponser, probably Wal-Mart whether they knew it or not. Ever hear of the blue light special.
HD and Brokerbelle and Princessbelle, heading for the lake to meet Tay and friends for steakout-boatout in 100 degree heat. No cooker needed this weekend.
